Salon Receptionist (Lee's Summit), Part-Time

Position Purpose:

This position functions as a member of the Salon team, ensuring quality services in a clean, welcoming retail environment in a manner consistent with the expectations and standards established by EPEC’s Leadership and Governance.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Answer phones and book clients
  • Cleaning and laundry as able
  • Perform register transactions accurately and efficiently
  • 20-25 hour per week, approximately 11:30 am to 3:30 pm, Tuesday through Saturday


 Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend and participate in meetings as requested by supervisor
  • Complete all areas of responsibility in compliance with program code of conduct and confidentiality policies
  • Be a contributory team member in a positive/productive manner
  • Demonstrate commitment to mission, values, and policies in the performance of daily duties

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and policy and procedure
  • Must have childcare, reliable transportation, and a phone
  • Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills
