Announcing our New Pawsperity Pet Parent Portal!

We are excited to share that we now have a brand new Customer Portal where you can log in and request bookings, manage your account, and more! This quick tutorial video outlines the basics of using the new portal, and you can find additional details in this help article.

If you are logging in for the first time, select Reset Password?

If you have not registered an email address with us in the past, we highly recommend entering your phone number to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

You will then be prompted to input your email or phone number attached to your account. When you select Send Reset Link you will receive an email or text with the password reset link. We highly recommend entering your phone number to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

Once you receive the text or email you can select the Set Password link.

After creating your password you will automatically be logged into the Customer Portal!
