What’s Happening at The Grooming Project

We have now implemented curbside check-in/pick-up in order to maximize safety. Call today to make your pet’s appointment!

Check our our 2019 Annual Report!

Our 2019 Annual Report is now available. We hope you’ll take a few minutes to read about the great things our students and staff accomplished here!

Now Offering Curbside Drop-Off/Pick-Up!

In order to maximize safety for our clients and staff, we are currently utilizing curbside drop-off and pick-up. When calling to book your appointment, out staff will explain the procedures. When arriving at The Grooming Project, you will follow the instructional signs and wait for a staff member to greet you at your car!

“To ensure that kids thrive and succeed from birth onward, we must simultaneously address the obstacles facing their parents.”

Empowering the Parent to Empower the Child (EPEC) is a 501c3 organization dedicated to reducing generational poverty in Kansas City.

Through our state-certified grooming school and our Lee's Summit grooming salon, we train struggling parents to be pet groomers and salon managers, both in-demand, living-wage trades.
